| For my xanga friends- I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while. I have a whole list of good excuses but I'm sure you don't care to hear them! Teaching is going extremely well. I have 20 fourth graders that I love teaching. I have to say that teaching is even better than I imagined! The move went well. We found an awesome house that is on an acre and we are thoroughly enjoying this semi-country life. Football is over now so life is returning to normal. I SAVED THE BEST NEWS FOR LAST: I laughed after I read my July post. Let's just say that you get what you ask for! Matt and I found out 2 weeks after I started teaching that I was 9 weeks pregnant. I am due April 23rd. We will find out on December the 6th whether it is a boy or girl. I will try to post more regularly but life is kind of hectic right now!! Emily- I wish you still lived a few blocks away! We are looking for another Emily to be an in home nanny but you are irreplaceable!! | | |
| We have sold our house (yeah!!!!) and are having to scramble to get moved out in 2 weeks. It is amazing how much junk you can accumulate in 5 years!! God help us...we are going to need it!
Isn't baby Zoe beautiful? For the curious she is Tim and Steph's new addition. She looks so much like to Steph to me. She's so sweet it makes me want another one!

| Sorry that I haven't posted in a while! We have been crazy busy. Matt only has 2 weeks left of school so there are all kinds of banquets and awards ceremonies to attend .
My Mom is also coming to stay with us for a couple of weeks in due to her upcoming surgery so we are getting her room ready. My Mom's surgery is this Tuesday the 16th so if you think about it please pray for her surgery to go well and for her quick recovery.
Well, I am so excited about our new Mom's group at Calvary! There were several of us that met regularly last summer and we had a blast. This year we plan to open it up to anyone who is interested. We have a great group of Mom's at Calvary but I see this as a way to minister to Mom's who maybe don't have a church home or support group and are needing to build relationships with other Mom's. I have planned weekly activities through June 1st so if any of you Mommies out there have fun and cheap ideas for events please let me know. | | |
